About this policy
This policy explains how Zombie Couple Video handles information when you visit zombiecouplevideo.com, use the studio, buy credits, or contact us. Contact us at support@zombiecouplevideo.com for privacy questions and requests.
Our studio creates fictional AI videos from photos and selected story references. It is intended for adults creating permitted content with the necessary rights and consent. Read our Terms of Service before uploading media.
Information we handle
- Account and sign-in information: the name, email address, profile details, and authentication information supplied by you or your chosen sign-in provider. We also keep account, session, and security records needed to operate sign-in.
- Media and generation requests: the photos you submit, any video references used by an enabled feature, your story instructions, chosen template, character roles, and video settings. Media can contain faces and other personal information about you or other people.
- Task and credit records: account identifiers, generation prompts, settings, reference fingerprints, provider task identifiers, status, creation time, credit transactions, and links to generated results. The task database records request and result information rather than the raw photo bytes.
- Purchase records: the selected product, order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and subscription information where relevant. Payment processors handle card details; we do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in our application database.
- Support and technical information: messages and attachments you send to support, and information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error or security records. Hosting providers may also process technical connection information.
Choosing a local photo lets you preview it in your browser. Submitting a generation request sends the required media and instructions for processing. Do not include sensitive information in story text or support attachments unless it is necessary for your request.
Why we use this information
We use information to authenticate accounts, create and deliver requested videos, show task history, calculate and manage credits, process purchases, provide support, and keep the service reliable. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, investigate prohibited content, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in security, support, and operating the service. Optional processing that requires consent is based on that consent. Upload permission is your declaration about the rights of people depicted; it does not replace our own obligations under applicable data protection law.
Your media and other people's consent
You must already have the rights needed to upload and process each photo or video. Every identifiable person must have given informed permission for the intended AI transformation and use of their likeness, and you must have any necessary copyright, privacy, or other permissions. For pet media, you must own the media or have permission to use it and have lawful authority over the pet's depiction.
By checking the upload permission box, you declare that the necessary permissions have already been obtained. It does not mean that we have independently verified every person's permission. Do not upload intimate or sensitive material, unauthorized images, or prohibited NSFW content. The content rules are set out in our Terms of Service.
We do not automatically publish your submitted media as public story templates. Generation task history is associated with your account and accessed through authenticated account requests. A provider-hosted media URL may nevertheless be accessible to someone who has the link; avoid sharing it unintentionally. Sharing or posting a downloaded video is your decision and brings the recipient platform's policies into play.
Providers and sharing
We share information needed to perform the relevant service:
- AI generation: Third-party AI generation processors, depending on the active generation route, may receive necessary photos, video references, prompts, and settings and host input files or generated results. Provider processing, retention, and any secondary use are governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policies. This policy does not promise a particular provider training or retention practice.
- Content checking: SeeAPI receives the final generation prompt, uploaded photos and the selected reference video to check inputs before generation. Input copies are staged in private R2 storage and read through time-limited links; review records retain inference identifiers and decisions. A passed check does not verify consent or clear copyright.
- Hosting and storage: Cloudflare and R2 support site delivery, template media, and configured storage. They may process stored files and the technical information required to deliver them. User photo processing can also occur directly through the generation provider.
- Payments: Stripe receives the information needed for checkout and payment processing. We receive the relevant order, payment, and subscription information needed to maintain your account and purchase records.
- Website analytics: When enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, and website interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. These services may process page URLs, device and browser information, and interaction events. We mark uploaded-photo previews and generated-result areas for Clarity masking and do not send account identifiers or generation prompts as custom analytics fields. Cookie choices are passed to these tools when the site's consent banner is enabled. See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Configured services: authentication, email, support, or analytics providers may process the information required for an enabled feature. Optional analytics and similar tools depend on site configuration and applicable consent requirements; not every listed category is active for every visit.
Relevant provider notices include Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, Stripe's Privacy Policy, and fal's Privacy Policy. We may also disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or resolve a dispute.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, international transfers must be supported by an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful basis.
Cookies and preferences
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, language preferences, and consent choices. Authentication uses the service's account and session system. Optional analytics or other non-essential tools, if enabled, are subject to the applicable choices shown on the site and local legal requirements. You can use the site's cookie settings when available or your browser controls to change preferences; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We use account and task records to deliver the service and support your account; purchase and credit records may be needed for accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Backups or security records may remain for a period after an active record is removed where necessary for those purposes. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for every category.
Provider-hosted input files and result links have their own retention periods and can expire. Download completed videos while they remain available. A generated video link is not a promise of permanent storage.
To request deletion of an account, submitted media, or generation records, email support@zombiecouplevideo.com with the account email and relevant task identifiers. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will explain any necessary retention or provider limitations and handle the request as required by applicable law. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, restrict processing, or withdraw consent for consent-based activities. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Contact support@zombiecouplevideo.com to make a request or report unauthorized use of your likeness. Explain what happened and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or task. We will consider requests from people depicted in uploaded media as well as account holders.
Security and policy changes
We use controls intended to limit unauthorized access, including authenticated task access and secure transport. No online system is guaranteed to be risk-free. Keep your sign-in credentials and media links secure and contact us if you suspect misuse.
We may update this policy when service practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or another appropriate notice when required.
