Using Zombie Couple Video

These terms apply to your use of zombiecouplevideo.com and its AI video studio. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit media or use paid features. Questions can be sent to support@zombiecouplevideo.com.

The service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. Keep your account credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for requests submitted through your account, subject to applicable law.

The service and its limits

The studio creates fictional, cinematic AI videos from submitted photos, selected story references, and optional instructions. Permitted stories can depict an adult survivor, an adult partner, or a pet in a non-graphic zombie scenario. Character roles and the selected template guide generation.

AI results can vary. We do not guarantee exact facial likeness, a specific action or soundtrack, a fixed completion time, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review the result before sharing it. Do not present generated events as authentic footage or use a person's likeness to deceive others.

Permission for every upload

Before uploading any photo or video, you represent that:

• You own it or have permission covering its upload, processing, and intended use.
• Every identifiable person has knowingly agreed to the intended AI transformation and use of their likeness, and you hold the necessary copyright, portrait, privacy, and other permissions.
• For pet media, you own the media or have permission to use it and have lawful authority to authorize use of the pet's depiction.
• Your instructions and intended use comply with these terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

These requirements apply to both separate photos and a shared photo, and to any reference video an enabled feature lets you submit. Checking the upload permission box is your declaration that the necessary permissions have already been obtained. It is not a statement that we independently verified them. Do not upload private images taken or shared without permission.

NSFW and other prohibited content

NSFW content is not permitted. Do not upload, request, generate, or use the service to distribute:

• Pornography, explicit sexual acts, or nudity used for sexualized content.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or intimate imagery involving anyone without their informed consent, including fabricated sexual deepfakes.
• Any sexualized content involving minors or a person presented as a minor, regardless of claimed permission.
• Graphic gore, severe injury, torture, animal cruelty, or abuse. A fictional non-graphic zombie story does not authorize these depictions.
• Illegal content, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, fraud, deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, or material infringing another person's rights.

Do not bypass safety restrictions, submit malware, probe other users' accounts, misuse payment or credit systems, or disrupt the service. Automated or provider checks, where applied, can be imperfect. Their presence does not grant permission to submit prohibited content or prove that every upload has been reviewed.

We may reject a request, restrict a feature, remove access to prohibited material, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect people, or meet legal obligations. Relevant records may be preserved where necessary for an investigation or dispute. Report unauthorized likeness use or prohibited content to support@zombiecouplevideo.com.

Your media and generated results

You retain any rights you already hold in your original media. You give us and the service providers involved a limited permission to receive, process, transmit, and store that media as necessary to fulfill your request, deliver and support the service, and address security, legal obligations, or disputes. This does not transfer ownership of your original media to us or automatically authorize its publication as a public template.

Rights in AI output depend on applicable law, the input rights, and relevant provider terms. We do not guarantee that output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party claims. You are responsible for checking whether your planned publication or commercial use is permitted and for obtaining any additional permissions, including for added music or other material.

You decide whether to publish or share your video. Follow the destination platform's rules and identify AI-generated content where required. Provider-hosted download links can expire; download results while they are available. The service does not promise permanent storage.

Prices, credits, and subscriptions

Account sign-in does not itself purchase a video. Paid generation uses site credits. The current product price and currency are shown at checkout, and the generation quote depends on the selected settings and active provider. Review the displayed price and credit requirement before confirming a purchase or generation. Site credits are separate from any provider's credit system.

Credits are reserved when an accepted generation request is submitted. When a task is confirmed as failed, the service returns the credits reserved for that task. A task still processing or awaiting a definitive provider result is not yet a confirmed failure. Returning generation credits is distinct from refunding a payment to your card.

One-time purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Monthly subscriptions grant credits for each paid monthly period. Annual subscriptions are paid yearly, with credits released monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period and do not roll over. A subscription renews according to the terms shown at checkout until cancelled through the available billing controls or with support assistance. Cancellation stops future renewal according to those checkout terms; it does not by itself refund prior charges. Future product terms will be shown before purchase.

For a payment problem or cash refund request, email support@zombiecouplevideo.com with the account email and order identifier. Do not include full card details. We assess requests against the purchase terms, service records, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or other statutory rights.

Availability, accounts, and responsibility

We may update the service or its providers and limit access where needed for maintenance, safety, legal obligations, or a terms violation. When practicable, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated. Contact support to request account closure; necessary record retention is explained in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every AI result will meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from your use or publication of output. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Updates and contact

The date above identifies the latest version of these terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. Changes do not remove accrued rights in completed purchases. Contact support@zombiecouplevideo.com for terms, billing, consent, or content complaints.
